Includes superb recordings by all the greatest Okinawan artists; Rinsho Kadekaru, Seijin Noborikawa, Genji Kuniyoshi, Teihan China, his son Sadao China, Tetsuhiro Daiku, Misako Ohshiro and Kunitaka Sato from Amami island. Includes field recordings of Eisa, koudan (narritive song) taiko and sanba (castanet) performances. These tracks are mixed with other recordings recorded by Rinsuke Teruya, father of Rinken.
