Multi-layered, multi-textured, in fact probably too multi everything for its own good. First major album from extremely good female singer and sanshin player, from inspired arrangements, jaunty Okinawan tunes and haunting vocals to uillean pipes, bland rock, keyboards and an attempt to sound like any other J-pop singer. However, Ayano's too talented for that, and in the end, an album on which the good just about triumphs over the slightly dodgy.
