The original Nenes are back! after nearly 20 years..well, almost..Misako Koja, Namiko Miyazato, Yukino Hiyane team up with Emiko Shimabukuro (so just Yasuko Yoshida of the original line-up missing) and Kazuya Sahara, keyboard player, producer and the man behind much of the original Nenes sound. They are calling themselves Unaigumi, have been playing live for a little while, including the Ryukyu Festival in 2014, and finally release an album. Their voices are in fine fettle, there's some great songs, an acoustic feel, and some anti-war sentiments.
