Hiro Nakamura is known for his work on game and anime projects. This is his solo project, under the name of Tokyo Bedroom Orchestra. He draws inspiration from the natural surroundings of Fukuoka prefecture; light, distance and the subtle fluctuations of nature as 'sound memories'. Using sounds recorded in his immediate environment and materials recorded on cassette tapes, including looping tapes, Hiro Nakamura gently shifts the sounds as synthesizers, effect pedals, and acoustic sound fragments drift through a texture woven into the tape, with guitar, strings, and vocals appearing and then quietly dissolving.
