Sun Sanzui are three young musicians, Naosaburo Bihou playing narimono (various percussion), Akihisa Kominato (shakuhachi) and Kazuhiro Fukui on Tsugaru shamisen. Each is an accomplished musician in their own right, and on this album they have written 10 new tunes that draw on jazz, rock, country and other influences.
