Product Description

During the years towards the start of the second world war, Rhythm Boys were singing American and American influenced songs with both great skill and humour. On this album they are recording as Poyldor Rhythm Boys, as well as other artists including Three Sisters, and Harikiri Boys. A more upbeat time, that helped to lay the foundations for comic bands such as Crazy Cats who emerged following the war. Another historically and musically fascintating album.
