New title. A type of chamber music, Tai Tu has been known as a favorite of many dilettanti for its unique sound. The old and new masterpieces composed in various modes, such as the bright Bac of the North, the sorrowful Nam of the South, and the Oan which is said to reflect the pain and hatred of the mind, are all played by the renowned masters of dan tranh, dan nguyet, dan nhi and dan bau, with the vocals of Bach Hue. Its proud, distinct style can be given the label of chamber folk music. Recorded in 1996.
