Bin Uehara (1908-1944) was a popular singer and soldier, who died in action during the Pacific war. This 2 CD set features newly discovered and unreleased tracks. Uehara was known for his kaboshi (warbling) style of singing that would later be adopted by enka singers. Features some of his most famous tracks including Ruten, Tsumagoi Dochu, Shanghai Dayori, Iroha Jingi and many others. 46 tracks.
