Nagauta (Long Song) evolved alongside kabuki. Noh drums, flute (hayashi) are part of the ensemble, which can be likened to an orchestra with strings. This CD features one story with three singers, shamisen, fue, kotsuzumi, otsuzumi and a kyogen (comical noh interlude) singer.
