Cult artist in Japan, Panta was a member of "Zunou Keisatsu" before forming "Panta and Hal." Panta (real name Haruo Nakamura) is known for his lyrics and superb melodies. The group were together from 1977 for five years and recorded three albums, including Maracca in 1979.
