Dozan Fujiwara is currently, probably, Japan's leading young shakuhachi player. He learnt from Hozan Yamamoto, and is a master of the Tozan school, has collaborated with a variety of artists, including most recently Tomita, and plays regularly on TV and radio. He is accompanied by piano, bass and percussion on some tracks. 15 tracks inspired by the four seasons including Sakura, Sakura and Shima Uta.
