Hayate is a group consisting of eight young Tsugaru Shamisen players, put together by Kenichi Yoshida, the younger one of the Yoshida Brothers, in 2005. Under Yoshida's guidance, the group have apparently followed his philosophy to create opportunities for young musicians to look beyond styles and seek their own true sounds through creativity and learning from each other. This album is produced by Kenichi Yoshida. You can listen to samples of all the tracks.
