The 20 stringed koto celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019. Nanae Yoshimura has been working with the instrument since its inception and discovering its possibilities with different composers. On this album, recorded live in June 2019, together with four other koto players, they perform works by Noriko Hisada, that she has been working on for five years.
