First album from 1970 from the folk rock band featuring Haruomi Hosono (bass and vocals), Takashi Matsumoto (drums) Eichi Ohtaki (guitar, vocals) and Shigeru Suzuki (guitar, vocals). The group were heavily influenced by US West coast folk rock bands, especially Buffalo Springfield, and Happy End were one of the first groups to successfully put Japanese lyrics to Western folk / rock music.
