Released December 2025. Box set of 7 inch vinyls by the brilliant Fishmans, originally released as CD singles, from their 1991 debut, Hikoki, on Virgin Japan, to their final single of the Media Remoras era, My Life, which was released in 1994. Put together by the group's leader Kin-ichi Motegi, currently a member of Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, with artwork by original member, Kensuke Ojima, and all eight singles cut by UK-based engineer Dave Turner.
Fishmans are known for their transparent vocals, tight rhythms, and deep grooves, combining elements of reggae, dub, rocksteady, rock, funk, and hip-hop, After the sudden passing of vocalist/songwriter Shinji Sato in 1999, the band disappeared for a while, but started performing again in 2005 under Kin-ichi Motegi. They have steadily been growing an international audience for their music.
