New title. It is said that the foundation of Indian classical music is in its vocal music. The classical vocal music Dhrupad is the core of that genre. Among this genre, the Dagar sect is especially famous for its solemn expression and the Gundencha Brothers are the head successors. The way in which the Alap develops from its serene prayer-like atmosphere into the rich intertwinement of voices is second coming of the Dagar Brothers. The Pakhawaj is also splendid.
