Perunika Trio are a London based acapella group incorporating Bulgarian, Macedonian and Russian traditional music into a broader Slavic repertoire. Their first album was released in the UK by World Music Network. Well, somewhat surprisingly, their latest album is recorded for Sony in Japan and is of Japanese 'Warabe Uta- children's songs, done in Bulgarian acapella arranegements. Really, rather good.
