Soothe are a five piece band on Japanese traditional instruments- tsugaru shamisen and wadaiko, plus guitar, bass and drums. They play all kinds of styles with elements of Latin, jazz and bossa nova. They regularly perform at fashion shows, business events, temples and produce music for TV commercials, web sites and art exhibitions. They have performed overseas, including China in 2008.
