Aside to music, Okinawans also love eating. One of their favorite dishes is Okinawan soba. This hugely enjoyable album features 14 tracks all about or related to Okinawan soba and local Okinawan food. Recorded on local labels artists include Shuken Maekawa, Satoshi Kadekaru, Yui Yui Sisters, and The Stars.
