Xoomii is a type of vocal technique by which one singer produces two tones simultaneously. Featuring two different styles of xoomi performed by two Mongolian maestros. An epic 'Tuuli' and the song of praise 'Magtall' are highlights of this album.

This is a recording of morin khuur, the typical instrument of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Morin khuur is an extremely beautiful instrument, with a horse's head carved at the fingerboard head.
