Ryo Kagawa, who died in April 2017, was one of the most important figures of the Kansai folk music scene at the end of the 1960s and beginning of the 1970s. While working in publishing with URC he became friends with musicians such as Wataru Takada, and influenced by Woody Guthrie, Ramblin Jack Elliot began writing songs himself. One song was an anti-war anthem called Kyokun I, that became a cult hit. This is his first album from URC originally released in 1971. Backing band was Happy End. Slip case packaging.
