From the deep south of Japan (well, Wakayama prefecture actually) this is the first 'major' album by 60 year old Japanese blues sensation Yuji Hamaguchi. Mostly his own tunes, but includes Erik Satie, Tennessee Waltz, Rally Round the Flag. All beautfully played. The Japanese Seasick Steve, sort of. Produced and mixed by Makoto Kubota.
