The genre, in Thai called phreng phua chiwit, dates back to the early 70s as protest songs against the then military dictatorship. Fronted by Nga Surachai Chanthimathon, the title track to this album, Khon Kub Kwai (Man and Buffalo) is Caravan's most famous song, here together with another 10 inspiring protest songs.
