Chaos Jockey is the new project of Seiichi Yamamoto, guitarist with Boredoms, Novo Tono, Rovo and other bands, and drummer Masayuki Chatani who has played with Jasons, Phew and others. Hypnotic guitar noises underpinned by sharp beats in a kind of chaotic way, hence, we think, the name. They were originally formed in 2000, and have had a largely cult fan base. This is their first album which has been gradually made over the years. Psychedelic alternative rock.
